If you are patient, compassionate and reliable, we would love to meet you! Rainbow generally requires some experience working with the disabled or elderly - or - CNA, HHA or Medical Assistant (in back office/patient care) – clinical internship or healthcare training is also appropriate. Rainbow offer (paid) specialized training upon hire.
A valid (current) ID and social security card are required as well as the ability to assist with transfers (bed to the wheelchair, etc.) of up to 150 lbs. Very flexible schedules are available. Drug testing, DMV/background check, and a CA Driver License are all requirements. Our employment application hours are Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
